Cloth Sanitary Pad (CSP) available in 3 flow based sizes.

These washable cloth sanitary pads are made from cotton Jersey (up-cycled or organic) and cotton flannel. They have a hidden water resistant PUL layer and a velcro fastening (the most comfortable option for an active lifestyle). When you order you will be asked to choose the pad size. A pad will be sent in a random print fabric. If you would like a particular print then pop us a message and we will do our best to accommodate this. Popper closings can be added instead upon request.

Pad sizes

The heavy pad is made with a core of cotton flannel, cotton terry and zorb (a man made material which can absorb 10 times its own weight quickly!). It held up to 100ml in our absorbency test (warm water poured into the same area). The heavy cloth sanitary pad measures approximately 12-13 inches (32cm). With a gusset width of approximately 2-3 inches (5-7cm). These get wider towards the back for full protection.

TillyBoo’s regular cloth sanitary pads hold up to 70ml in our absorbance tests and are made with a core of cotton flannel, cotton terry and zorb. This regular pad measures approximately 10 inches (25cm) long. it has a gusset width of approximately 2-3 inches (5-7cm).

For light days, or for teaming with a menstrual cup, try our light/liner cloth sanitary pad. It is made with a core of cotton flannel and zorb. It held up to 40ml in our absorbency test. The liner pad measures approximately 8 inches (20cm) long. The gusset has a width of approximately 2-3 inches (5-7cm).

How to Use

Use by placing the cloth sanitary pad pattern side down in your underwear. Face the soft flannel side against the skin. Wash at 40, rinse straight after use in cold water to minimise staining. They fasten into the underwear using the wings and Velcro and also fold into a neat parcel for before or after use.
