Receiving your package from TillyBoo’s should be a fun and exciting experience. We plan to reuse packaging as much as we can.
Often your packaged will arrive in re-used packaging, it may be recyclable or reusable, but it will have usually had a former life. You may get a reused box or envelope, a plastic packaging envelope or even a cereal box. But it will have been packaged with care.
Where possible we use paper tape so that your package is recyclable, but we do encourage you to reuse anything we send!
Inside your package, alongside your products, you will find our thank you card printed on recyclable and recycled card and some ‘thank you’ seed papers as a small gift. These seed papers are zero waste in that they are off cuts from another small business. We hope that these seed papers bring you some joy. Each product is packed minimally with a care slip.
For delivery we use Royal Mail 2nd class postage. We have a large letter option or a small parcel option and this is calculated at checkout depending on your product selection. We keep this cost to a minimum charging just for the delivery cost and not for packaging. So your delivery will be either £1.50 or £3.20.
It is also possible to select local delivery or collection if you live in the Beccles area, you can then email us to organise this.
We also offer free delivery over £35.
